Our client is seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead Consultant to take ownership of manufacturing workstreams on S/4HANA transformation programmes. This role is ideal for a senior SAP professional who enjoys combining hands-on delivery with team leadership, client engagement and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as functional lead for SAP PP across S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into robust SAP PP solutions.
• Design and configure SAP PP processes including:
• Oversee integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and PP/DS.
• Provide leadership and direction to onshore and offshore SAP PP consultants.
• Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and guiding manufacturing process decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years’ experience working with SAP PP in complex project environments.
• Proven experience leading SAP PP workstreams on S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP configuration and manufacturing master data.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing flows and cross-module integration.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
